गणेश छोड़कर सीधे फल-मंत्र पर कूदना क्रम तोड़ना है। पहले द्वार खोलें, फिर चाहत से मेल खाते अतिथि को बुलाएँ।
संक्षिप्त गणेश प्रार्थना, नैवेद्य हो तो मोदक या दूर्वा, और शांत मन — आरंभ के लिए पर्याप्त। मार्ग खुले बाद अपने इष्ट के सामने खड़े हों।
